Mother help.. circumcision.

so my mom sent this to me today, first time she has brought it up and im kinda uncomfortable. i feel like this is such a personal topic and i also feel like she is pushing towards getting it done. my SO and i decided not to, yes because of the cost but also because we don't see its necessary. my SO isnt circumcised and he's never had an issue.

what do i do/say? i have a feeling when i tell her we're not getting it done she is going to offer to pay for it. that's just too weird to me and i don't know what to say.
