rude pregnant comments

So I am 34 weeks pregnant with my second boy and I tend to get alot of "rude" comments from people at work or at least I feel it's rude , I have these 3 specific woman at work who always comment on how swollen my feet are or how swollen my hands are or am I sure I am not having a girl, or better yet sure I am not having two and it honestly hurts my feelings and I get embarrassed because they say it so loud in front of other co workers I just don't get how it's okay to make stupid comments like that to a pregnant woman but not okay to a non pregnant woman like don't you think I already know how fat I've gotten don't you think I've seen these new tiger strips don't you think I've noticed my shoes not fitting ! it just makes me so sad and angry I know I should tell them mind their own but I just don't like conflict and I keep to myself..has anyone else experienced these type of comments if so how did you handle it?
