Child Support???
**SORRY FOR THE LONG POST** I Have A Child Support Hearing In The Morning &’ I’d Like Advice On Things. First Off, I’d Like To Say, I Know.. I Was A Very Forgiving Person &’ I’ve Learn. I Have Not Only Myself To Think About, But My Daughter As Well &’ I’m Also Pregnant😒....
My Child’s Father Was Abusive To Me During My pregnancy.. Not Only Physically, But Verbally.. He Tried To Run Me Over While Pregnant Because We Got Into An Argument &’ My Sister n Law Witnessed &’ They Got Into An Altercation, Which Made Neighbors Come Outside. He Kicked Me Out During My First Trimester, Hit Me In The Face, Tried Dragging Me Off The Bed, Etc... According To His Mom, He Was On “Heavy Drugs” &’ He Did Tell Me He Went To Rehab, But It Was Because Of “Smoking Weed.” His Mom Told All My Family It Wasn’t A Good Idea For Me &’ Ny Daughter To Live With Him Bc He Could Hurt Us.. She Didn’t Know Who This Person Was.. It Wasn’t Her Son... A Few Weeks Later, He Cussed My Mother, His &’ Myself Out ALL IN Text, SERIOUSLY Disrespected All Of Us, After That, Karma Hit Him &’ He Lost His Apartment, Car, Job, Etc...(Reason He Went To Rehab.) Now He’s Staying With His Mother &’ Just Recently Bought A Cash Car &’ Got A New Job.. Less Paying Though. His Mother Recently Called My Mother On The 15th &’ Told Her That He Has To Get Out Of Her House Bc He’s Being Disrespectful Again &’ She Had To Put Her Hands On Him. He JUST Started Buying My Child Diapers &’ Formula.. (3 Boxes Of Diapers, One Box Of Wipes, A Pair Of Shoes, 1 Thing Of Formula &’ $100 For Baby Food.... She’s About To Be 7 Months.) He’s Already On Child Support With His Son He Never Gets To See Bc They Stay In Corpus Christi &’ We’re In Dallas &’ Also Bc The Mother Does NOT Want Her Son Around Him Unless Supervised (Didn’t Find Out Til Recently.. He Kept Lying Saying She Was Keeping Their Son From Him.) Is There Anyway I Can Keep Him From Getting ALOT Of Visitation Unless Supervised?? I Honestly Do Not Trust Him &’ Don’t Feel Like My Daughter Would Be Safe In His Care.
