Any particular kind or brand?? I have a pair of the upspring csection panties off Amazon that are supposed to help recovery and your incision heal but at 40 bucks a pop all I can afford is one pair! Anyone have any go to panties or ones that really just worked better for you during recovery? I'm trying to forego spending so much more money when I know they're prolly gonna be ruined anyway 😂

Honestly. I hoarded all my shitty underwear with my last csection and just wore those then threw them out once i was done pp bleeding. If I were to reccommend a type it would be granny panties. Big old knickers. Legit. the cover your butt, they sit above the scar and pouch, they're ugly af and cheap so who cares if the get ruined and they hold the huge ass pads you need. The only thing better are the mesh undies you get at the hospital. Steal those.

I took SOOOOO many and they lasted for a few weeks.

I miss the mesh panties.. ivebeen living in my huge pregnancy panties and period panties and if they got blood on them and i couldn’t get it out i could just chuck them but i only bled for like 1.5 weeks.

I used the mesh hospital ones for about the first week (they are so ugly, but so comfortable) then I switched to fruit of the loom boy shorts.
