Healthy food choice options help.
So I’m trying to loose weight but keep it simple so that I can make it a full lifestyle change and not just a “ diet”
I’m using MyFitnessPal and my carb percentage tends to be over and my protein tends to be lower than suggested.
I’m not sure what to eat or not eat that would keep my carbs lower and boost protein.
Any options that are simple ( easy and or fast to make) PLEASE comment. I really want to make this a lifestyle change and have success.
