I’ve taken a pill version of Birth Control for around 3 years now. I recently came off of the pill the night of the 15th (end of period set of pills) of this month which would have been the start of a new series of pills.

We are still avoiding pregnancy, and using condoms as protection.

According to this app and another, I’m just out of my fertile windows (if I was regular), however I think testing my CM may say otherwise. It’s almost clear with a little opaque and very little. Not really sticky but not ‘slippery’, maybe more like lotion.

Still learning about how to monitor these things.

So my main question I guess is how long when coming off the pill did it take you to regulate?
