What to expect - OB/GYN

I was diagnosed with PCOS by my regular doctor because of my symptoms and lab results and she said I needed to make an appointment with an OB/GYN to get a Pap smear and ultrasound. I'm 22 and never had a well woman exam.

My appointment is Monday afternoon and I'm really nervous and not sure what to expect. Are they going to do blood work? What's the exam like? Do I need to do anything in preparation? I asked the receptionist and she said all I needed to do was show up early to do the paperwork.
