I've never once got cramps ever. today i woke up with horrible cramps like cramps I can't even move cuz it hurts so bad. i got up out of bed to try n walk today the bathroom and i puked cuz the pain was so bad. i have a horrible chest cold so everytime i cough it hurts! should i go see my doctor? i took some tylenol but it doesn't work. again I've never expirienced cramps before but this is more of a long contraction type cramp that just radiates there for a good couple minutes after...
