For baby doctor appointments...yes, he comes to as many as he can. 
For regular checkups and such...no, but if you want him there and he wants to go then I don’t see anything wrong with it

He definitely does NOT go to my normal exams. That's odd. He does go now that we are pregnant though.

For any of our baby related stuff, he’s been to it all. He’s seen everything they are looking at, so I don’t see the issue. 
But, regular exams, I don’t take him. He can stay home with the daughter. :) and not because I’m uncomfortable or anything but just because those rooms aren’t all that spacious...

my husband comes to all/any of my appointments, 1 cuz he's the driver but it's mostly cuz I want him there.

If he drove me cause I couldn't and wanted to come back, sure. He doesn't have to go with me nor do I exclude him. I don't care one way or another.
