AF cramps but pregnant

I just found out today I’m pregnant. I’ve been having AF Cramps for the past 5 days like I usually do before she comes. They’re always really severe so I was shocked to see I’m pregnant. They get so painful sometimes it makes me have to go number two. Is this normal? I’m not bleeding or anything.
