Kinda nervous

So my husband and I would like to start TTC soon. I'm not 100% happy with my body , I would like to tone up and get some muscle in my abdomen , maybe lose some weight (10lbs).

I see a lot of women talk about the horrors they see after giving birth with their body's and that makes me scared. I have always wanted to be a mother and at this stage in our lives we're so ready. I'm about to be 28 so I want to start soon.

I have a sweet tooth and have a hard time saying no to bad foods. I'm 135lbs and 5'7 so not horrible but is still like to get rid of a little pudge that I've had my insecurities about. Anyone have advice for me to get healthy and food workouts to tone up. Gym or at home ?
