PCOS when TTC
I have PCOS and do not have periods and was wondering if I can still get pregnant. I've had PCOS since I was 15. Now I am 24 and want a family. I've always been on BCP's to stabilize my menstration but now I've been off for 6months and TTC for 4months and have had no luck ;( any advice on how to boost things along? Can I conceive without menstrating?
