Adoption??

I’ve written a post already about this but I need more answers since I’ve tried looking online

My sister in law is pregnant and doesn’t want the baby at all so my husband and I asked her if she wanted if we could adopt the baby instead of her aborting it.. she agreed and said it would only be wise for us to care for it the baby is due in October

How would we start the process we told her she has 9 months to decide Incase she actually wants to try and be a mother to the baby

She’s only 14

And at the moment we’re also ttc for baby #2

Would the courts still allow us to care for baby Incase I do end up getting pregnant

Or how would that work
