What do Braxton Hicks contractions feel like?

I'm only just learning about these. I'm currently 14w3d so notnsirenif I'm feeling them. What do they feel like? How do you know if you're having them?

With mine in my last pregnancy, it would start low on my belly and then move up and around to my back. A really tight feeling that I sometimes had to breath through. It normally happened when I was doing too much, I would have to lie down so they stop.

Idk if you would be feeling any that early might just be growing belly pains and cramps those fun things. But when you are farther along and able to know and feel your uterus you will feel it tighten and then release sometimes it's painful and sometimes people don't know they are even having one besides feeling their belly harden and release.
