am I still pregnant ??? Help!

ok ladies last period was 21/12/17 until 25/12/17 so I knew i could be pregnant as my period was late well did one pregnancy test each day from 21/1/18 until today 31/1/17 and all of them are positive then monday I started spotting and yesterday 31/1/17 passed something that looked odd had bad cramps and bleeding went to A&E; they did blood work and said that i did have a slight amount of HCG they also did a preg test that came up NEG but the urine sample was a couple hours old so they sent me home soon as I got home I did a preg test and got a positive since then bleeding has calmed down and the cramps have gone. could I still be pregnant ????
