Can you ovulate when you're not having a period?

I had a baby six months ago and breast fed for 3 months. I still haven't had my period. Can I still get pregnant/ ovulate?

Yes- I can take your body a while to sync everything back up so you could very easily ovulate without a period, or have your period without ovulating until your body realigns itself
