Wanting to feel comfortable in my own body!
My name is Bianca, and I am a 16 year old girl and my 2018 goal is to feel comfortable in my own body. In order to do this, I need to start eating better and start exercising more.
I know, it’s stupid to be worrying about the way I look when I should have many other priorities, but my self esteem issues make it a little bit harder for me to be genuinely happy. The whole “look good, feel good,” is super cliche, but to me, I really think it would help be more optimistic.
I’m 5’1, and I’m currently sitting at 150lbs. I’m just not content with the way my body works.
I have yet to establish a routine, regarding meals and working out/exercising, but I came to my favourite app (eve), to see if any of you ladies have some suggestions for me. Ways to maintain motivation, exercises or work outs that worked for you, healthy alternatives to junk food, healthy meals.
