Pcos help

We been trying for over 10 years to get pregnant i have pcos and my weight goes up and down alot i had a misagrage 5 years ago around this time i was only 5 weeks no heart beat the doctors said it was a fluke. I got pregnant on my own. I took Clomid didnt work they want me to do ivf but Insurce doesn't cover is there any hope out there i can get pregnant? wanted to know others stories on this thank u!
