trying after loss from (nec)

Hi everyone, Im new. Well, I had my very first baby at 18 on May 4, 2017 being 24 weeks & 6 days. She weighed 1 lb 8 oz. She was a tough little fighter until she passed on May 10, 2017 due from NEC (Necrotizing Enterocolitis). Had her early because of incompetent cervix & had her via c-section (emergency). Doctors told me since of what had happened, on my next pregnancy I would need a cerclage. I have recently started trying again back in November & am still currently trying. I just wanted advice and to know if it’s too soon to try? & what to expect from a Cerclage. I never heard of it until now. Help?
