bad to pump?

I've been pumping to bottle feed until our LO gets her reflux under control (have to feed upright), is this ok for my supply?  haven't had her to the breast in 3 days now

Answer

You’ll need to pump every 2-3 hrs to keep your supply up. Some moms exclusively pump so I’m sure they have tips on how to keep it up. If you look here or on Facebook, you’ll probably find some groups.
Did you consider medication for your baby?
Also, you can feed upright on the breast, if you lean forward and have baby in a more upright position (kind of like the way kittens nurse 😅)
Both my kids had mild reflux, I’d nurse them normally then keep them upright for 20-30 minutes.
