Good Morning everyone..Is this ok?

Question

So I only pump every 2-3 hours up to 4OZ when it’s time for my baby to eat then just give her breast milk in a bottle as soon as I finish ..I don’t store any milk for later on as I feel nervous it will turn bad. After I pump is the milk on good for one hour after?

It’s the rule of 6’s. It’s good for 6 hours at room temp, 6 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer. So totally fine for it to stay out an hour after you pump till feeding time.

At room temp it’s 4 hours and In the fridge it’s 8 hours.. but if u warm it up it’s only good for 1 hour
