Harassment in workplace

Is it wrongful termination if an employer fires an employee for being harassed in the workplace? Ex an employee posts something on social media keep in mind no names were mentioned, person just assumed it was towards them, that person comes up to employee during break at work and threatens employee stating people waiting outside her car to mess with her and states bail money is ready if she ends up in jail for doing whatever is about to happen? Employees is harassing other employees grabs phone throws it to the ground and continuously threatening co worker. Are we able to sue the company? And can a police report be filed against person who is harassing? Also how to start the process?
