Ovulation test times?

When is the best time to start taking ovulation tests? Right when I wake up everyday?

Most tests don’t recommend first morning urine. Check the packaging. Don’t drink anything 2 hours prior to testing and you should be good! I woke up at 1:30am and had to pee (didn’t use that to test). And got up for the day at 5:30am so I tested then since I knew I hadn’t gone for a few hours. I’m getting later in my cycle (CD17) so I’m going to be testing 2-3x a day now. I like to test again before dinnertime! If you are only going to test 1x daily, id wait until mid afternoon.
