Miscarriage 6 weeks.

I am struggling with my current situation mostly because of the uncertainty and no one seems to have had same scenario.

I started spotting on my period due date which happens everyone month and within a few days my period starts properly. Anyway this time my period didn’t start and the spotting continued. I did a pregnancy test and it was positive. I have continued to spot and have period like cramps for 2 weeks. I had a feeling something wasn’t quite right but go reassured me. I took regular fr test and the line continued to progress and get darker.

I went for a scan yesterday and my womb is apparently empty. I am still spotting and cramping but no acute episode of heavy bleeding. I have no plan for future management but awaiting blood results. I don’t feel I have had a proper miscarriage as the bleeding has been persistent since period due date but never worse. Has anyone else had this. My fr are no lighter 😢
