Mucus plug?

I never thought I would be one of these people, but I need opinions! I have been losing this since last night around midnight after a long cramp. Is this just mucus plug or bloody show? I had my cervix checked yesterday, so I feel like the brown blood could just be old blood from that. There has been a ton, I have had this amount twice and the first time last night there was about double this! Thoughts? I’m 38+4. Mild cramping here and there since, but that’s it.
