when trying to conceive .. would it be a good idea to take my  prenatal pills from my last pregnancy will it help or no?

I don’t know where abouts you are, but in the UK, we are recommended to take folic acid for at least 3 months prior to starting ttc. This is due to the fact folic acid is needed very very early on in pregnancy, to decrease chances of baby developing neural tube defects.

I don’t think it’s supposed to help conceive, but I think a lot of women do it anyway because you get an early start on helping the baby form healthily.
