Is this my bloody show?

I am 39w4d and a ftm so sorry if this seems dumb. I had a membrane sweep yesterday at 10am. My doctor said there could be some spotting but anything in large amounts to call. I woke up this morning at about 730am to this. Is this my bloody show starting? Or is this just the blood she was talking about. I had a few more chunks come out before this. I've been losing my mucus plug for a few weeks but it has always been green snot looking and never have had any blood or spotting the whole pregnancy. I just think it's weird that I didn't get any blood until the next day. Thanks for any help!
