How long after provera did AF come?

I have only taken provera 2 other times and AF came about 2 days later. Well this time I have taken provera for 10 days my last pill was Friday 1/26 and still no signs of AF my doctor said to call if it still doesn’t come by day 14 after the last pill but for people that have taken it(or taken more than once) did you get AF around the same time each round? And did you get it later? It has been a few months since my last time taking it (October to be exact) I’m just trying not to stress but it’s CD 61 for me and it’s hard not to feel like I’m wasting time.
