Progesterone and Estrogen

Hello all!!

So I was diagnosed with pcos last year on my birthday and have been trying to conceive for 2 years. It’s obvious I have a hormone imbalance and I have been getting a regular cycle but not ovulating.😔 Do any of you ladies know what the normal levels of progesterone and estrogen are supposed to be when trying to conceive?

I purchased progesterone cream from Smokey Mountain naturals and will be adding in there estrogen cream as well. Also, just wondering if anyone has had experience with creams that have helped balance hormones and helped conceived.

Any info is greatly appreciate! 😊
