family is the worst

I've been with my significant other for just over 2 years.. we have a baby together. everything that says married with out the paperwork. unfortunately it has taken a lot for my elder family to come around to the idea of their favorite granddaughter having a black man in her life and a black daughter.. they love him even though they were sceptic at first. he treats me like a queen. and he is my king. so I'm on the phone with my grandma last night talking about how we wanna come visit this weekend and we'd love to see everyone. turns out. my uncle is just as racist as he's always been. I've been disowned. deleted and blocked of Facebook the day I had my daughter... his "n***** loving niece"... goes to show blood doesn't mean loyalty. people are sick sadistic peices of garbage.. my heart breaks for those who can't see the beauty that lies beyond the surface. I'll pray for you uncle Matt.
