Should food stamps cover personal hygiene items?
As of right now, where I live, food stamps do not cover non food items of any type. Shampoos, conditioner, body soap, period products, toothpaste, deodorant & other hygienic products are not covered.
Rather you think people should receive food stamps or not, for those that have them already, should personal hygiene products be covered as well as food?
