I had sex with my boyfriend without condoms. He pulled out before he came. After he came, we wiped his penis with baby wipes multiple times and had sex again without condoms. The app said that I was 2 days before my period and I had a low chance of pregnancy because I was not ovulating. But I’m still scared that I might be pregnant.

Very unlikely since you wouldn't have an egg that close to your period being due, but in the future, wiping it off does nothing, putting it back in after ejaculating will release leftover sperm in his precum, it defeats the purpose of pulling out in the first place.
