So I've been pretty sick lately..
Throwing up, sore throat, lightheadedness, dizziness, nausea real bad, and headaches. I wanted to start getting healthy but this whatever it is came and knock my plans out. 🌻What things can I do to help myself lose weight?
-No I have not been starving myself. I only eat when I'm hungry and I haven't been so hungry lately.
🌻I still have a full month and a couple of weeks. I'm trying to get to a certain point in my workout.
🌻Please wish me luck.
🌻This has been going on for a week and a half now.
