Wow that hurt!!! Plz help me

Yesterday i was having some mild cramping. Went to bed and got woken up by severe cramping that felt like someone was stabbing me. Never in my life have I felt these kind of pains.. I'm 8dpo and I never get cramps before I start my period. Anyways this morning woke up and felt fine went pee but no bleeding I'm 6 days away from AF what do you think this could be? Could it be implantation?
