Maybe it was too early

Well today I went to a free clinic & took a pregnancy test came back negative😔 period isn't supposed to come until the 7th. I only took one because my nipples have been so sore which is not normal for me. This will make it 6 months since I've been trying I feel like I'm not doing enough. I did my opk , preseed. I think that IUD messed me up I was on for 4 yrs. idk it just hurts.
