Ovulation cramps or implantation?

My left abdominal side feels kind of pinchy and sharp.. feels like cramps but a little different. It has been on and off all day.. I’m wondering if any of you ladies experienced this, what was the outcome?

A little background is according to glow yesterday was my most fertile day and today I’m ovulating.. but I don’t know if it is accurate.. about 2 weeks ago I had sex and the condom broke and my SO came inside of me on the last day of my period (not really bleeding just spotting).. I’m a little new on tracking my ovulation and sometimes my periods are irregular. Is it possible I could be going through implantation cramps or no? When exactly do they occur?
