Hi all😊

So just wondering... a lot of the older women in my family are telling me I should give my LO a teaspoon of water everyday. Even more so now that he has pimples on his face.

His clinic information book and a lot of articles I've read all say that especially if baby is EBM fed, I shouldn't give him ANYTHING else to drink.

Soooo... guess my question is... is anyone else doing this? Or anyone else had someone give this advice?

***Thanks for all the answers. Based off the responses, I'm going to go with my gut and NOT give him water. I don't see any reason to do so.
