Primrose oil when should I start taking?

I'm 34 weeks tomorrow and wondering what you ladies thought would be a good time to start taking. Also I heard you can take orally and vaginally. What's your advice ladies

You shouldn't do anything to try to induce labour until you're at least full term.

I took it all through my last pregnancy orally and then added vaginally towards the end to help prepare my cervix- had no complications from it and I really think that it helped me with ripening my cervix.

I know that a lot of women take this but you may want to do research on it, not from blogs but from medical sites. A lot of them say to not take EPO while pregnant because it can have serious side effects like seizures. To each their own!

My doula told me to take at 37 weeks

It doesn't induce you, it just prepares your cervix. I started taking it orally at 28 weeks (I'm only 31 weeks) and I haven't had any signs of labor.
