Hcg !!

Hi , mine is horrible story , when I was 5w 5 days pregnant started with back pain and spotting, took bed rest and after some time pain reduced and even spotting completely reduced after few days , but when my hcg was checked it reduced to 250 from 800 , so Doctor told m miscarrying and told me to wait to have natural bleeding, but it’s been 10 days after that, no cramping no spotting, and my hcg now increased to 460 ... I really want to have my periods now .. but don’t know what is happening... anybody gone through what m going now ?
