Preeclampsia or not?

So I'm 29 weeks I've felt off all day fatigued and nauseous. Which btw I had no nausea this whole pregnancy until today. Had a couple dizzy periods today as well and I'm afraid I might have preeclampsia and don't know if I should go in to er or not? Advice and opinions please, and I have also had some lower back pain today.

It doesn’t sound like PreE. Just sounds like a bout of pregnancy aches and pains, they can pop up throughout the whole pregnancy. But if you’re feeling off it’s always worth a call to your doctor.

I just got off the phone with the on call dr not my doctor I normally see and he says that the nausea could be from the amount of blood volume coursing through and my blood pressure drops a little bit. And because I didn't have preeclampsia in my first pregnancy he doesn't think I do now....what do you guys think? I still have an off feeling, he said I can come in and get checked out anyway if I wanted to.

Maybe preterm labor? I would go in and check..better safe than sorry!! Just lost my baby boy due to preterm labor so I wouldn’t wait around! Not to freak you out or anything..:)

i would tske your blood pressure and lay down on your left side if its high n does not go down i would go to Er
