What do you do to unwind?

My job is stressful and lately I have been coming home from work and can’t stop obsessing over things that happened. I wake up in the middle of the night worried about them too. I’m usually pretty mellow but lately my anxiety seems through the roof. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and all I want is a glass of wine before bed. How else can I relax? I already practice yoga but I work 12 hour days so when I get home I’m so exhausted I can hardly function, let alone workout.
