Implantation bleeding??
So I have been spotting for a few days, my doc told me to test on the 5th but I took a test today that was negative. I took femara this month. The spotting is only when I wipe. Could this be implantation bleeding or just my period starting off light?? AF is due tomorrow. Has anyone had this and ended up being pregnant? This is my first time trying to conceive so I have no idea what to look for super early in pregnancy.
