Depression and Pregnant

I’m currently on lithium and 2 other antidepressants/anti anxiety medication. It has been a dream of mine since I was a child to have a baby. I’m just wondering if there are any medications that would work for being pregnant. Right now, if I miss two days of not taking my medicine, I want to kill myself. Any suggestions would be helpful
