Tips needed.

So I use to be active in high school. Dance,swimming, marching band colorguard. I never had down time so i stayed slightly more in shape. I have been in college for two years and have almost put on 80 pounds. I have zero confidence because nothing i own even fits anymore. These pictures are a little over a year apart. I also have my mom continuously telling me how fat i am. And I’m covered in stretch marks. It has come to the point where i don’t go into public without pants and long sleeves. Is there any tips you guys can give me for starting weight loss or maybe anyone who wants to help motivate each other.? I am 5’7 and 268 lbs.
