How do you ladies stay confident with a belly? I love mine especially knowing its keeping my baby girl safe & sound but feeling sexy is impossible and I really struggle to feel attractive nowadays. (& yeah this ugly maternity bra isnt helping either😂😂) I'm trying my best to not let it get me down but its hard!! Especially when i had body image issues to begin with. Any advice? Or any workouts I can start for a quicker "bounce back"?
