Baby measures 37 weeks...

but I'm only 32w5d today.

My doctor noticed I was measuring ahead around 28-29 weeks (fundal height was 34 at that time). I went for my 32 week appointment, and measured 37 weeks.. so Dr ordered an ultrasound to verify, which was this morning.

Baby herself is measuring 36weeks 5 days, with an estimated weight at over 5lbs already!!!

Guys I'm freaking out. What does this even mean?!? This is my first baby and I have no clue what to expect from now on... I'll hear back from my Doctor next week (i hope!!) and discuss with her what the plan will be, but until then does anyone have any advice/experience similar to this?!? 😪😟😟😤😤😤
