Help. Upper abdomen pain

The pic below should tell where my stomach pain is. 2-3 inches above belly button, as well as surrounding area, left & right.

I'm currently 33+4.

Its a stitch-like pain. Hurts to sit up or find a comfortable position to lay down, let alone stand and walk. Baby girl is still moving but uncertain whether its her or has to do with something else.

It's been 6 hours since it started.

Does anyone know what this mean? Is she doing this? What can I do to alleviate the pain? Should I be worried? 😓😓😭
