My mom and Dad r in an unhappy relationship and my mom used to always be like “would u be upset if I divorced ur dad” and be like wtf, why r u coming to ur youngest kid asking me that shit. And of course she would never divorce him bc of my and my brother, at least that’s what she said. So yeah, its pretty shit. If ur not happy kids pick up on it. We aren’t stupid

My parents were married for years and hated each other. It honestly sucks watching people you love try to “work it out for the kids.” All of us wanted them to separate. Now that they have they are both remarried and are soooo happy!!
