Cycles after Lupron irregular?

I was wondering if anyone had irregular cycles after Lupron left your system? I had lap and the 3 month depot shot on March 3 2017. Fast forward to Dec and I had very light brown spotting for 3 days, twinges on my right side, increased sex drive, and EWCM. I wasn’t temping or anything but I know in my heart I ovulated but I didn’t realize it until 13 days later my cycle started for the first time off Lupron. It was worse than before my lap and Lupron. Lasted 5 days. 2 weeks later my CM kicked up and so did my sex drive. Of course I didn’t start temping like I should but instead was using OPKs. For 12 days they were all beg starting on cycle day 6. There were several days of EWCM but other days it was still a lot more than normal for me but not EWCM. I had unprotected sex several times during this time period. As of today I have yet to get my period, my breasts have been sore, not tender, shooting pains on the sides and nipples although hardly both breasts at the same time, slight cramps on and off, but 3 neg pregnancy tests. Also at CD 21 my progesterone was <.1 . My doc said she doesn’t thing I’m ovulating yet off the Lupron. Idk what to think. Anyone else have one cycle after Lupron then become irregular? I was regular before Lupron. I still have a ton of CM so I know at least my estrogen is back...I want to think I’m pregnant and it was a late ovulation but then I think I’m just imagining the symptoms and it’s just I want it too much. Anyone else have issues after Lupron?
