This is my third and I have felt it!! I know for a fact cause I felt it moving like crazy right before my sono, then when my little one was on the screen is flipping and moving everywhere! Total confirmation you can feel them move at 12 weeks!

Most likely no. The baby is still insanely small and not very strong. And it's highly unlikely if it's your first baby. You typically won't notice movements until around 16-20 weeks with your first. At first it will be quickening then you'll feel actual kicks.

When I had my ultrasound I seen that the babies are way at the tip top, at my bellybutton. I know I feel them moving sometimes!
